hi mera baby 5 month old hai aur vo sofa se gir gaya tha before 2days abhi uske head k side me bahut hi soft ho gaya hai any serious problem ho sakti hai vo hissa kafi soft hai

A. baby is having blood clot the soft spot what you are feeling better consult doctor once for further advice in this regard it is advisable to consult your doctor for physical examination and if there is need to do investigations also then only proper treatment can be given
