Uma RamMom of 2 children3 months agoA. Hello good afternoon !! Due to climatic changes,monsoon season - fever,cold,cough are common in kids. Give medicine prescribed by Doctor ,adequate water,fluids for hydration,do sponging if the baby having high fever
