hi mam, previous I having pcod prblm it is in normal stage after consulting a doctor I conceive and i given birth to day on 08-12-2021, now that pcod will continue or it slove the problm.. and when I can expect periods again

ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist3 years agoA. yes. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too
