Hello mom as per his age it’s good to feed then regular foods made at home for the family no much restrictions as such for them now , you can give whole milk , Paneer , ghee , dry fruits and nuts , eggs , dals , Channa, rajma etc , cereals and millets, various fruits and vegetables which are locally available
