AbhayaMom of a 16 yr 2 m old boy2 months agoA. Hello mama Give three proper meals in a day and two snacks in between to ur child.. Milk and milk products to be restricted to 500 ml in a day. give all that u cook for ur family as it contains all the food groups that had proper nutrition
