hi mam my son is 2yr3 months he is having fever from 3days he is not eating food can I give him fruit juice kindly help me what kind of fruits can I give & he is asking me to feed can I feed him pls help me

A. baby is having fever so no interest in having in having food.. try comforting the baby.. keep baby well hydrated increase the water intake.. take care..
