hi mam. my son have 4years old. He is suffering from cough during 3.am . what are the reasons mam and please tell me remedies mam

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. looking allergic needs inhaler ok. in monsoon season there will be recurrent viral infections main reason for cold and cough sometimes it can be because of allergies also please give steam inhalation frequently and antihistamins
