A. Hello you should try all things as part of family. try different types of paratha, pancake, roti sabji, dal roti, roti milk, daliya milk.give different types of milkshake. idli, dosa with dal or sabji. makhana also good for health.
you can give different types of kheer like suji ,makhana etc. types of ladoo so that kids will eat.
Mainly 1 thing not too much gap between two meal. give food every 2 to 3 hrs gap. Add nuts powder, ghee in every food.once consult your doctor.
