Hi mam, my baby now 6 months 4 days. I will give nestum rice at 11 clk & 4clk . this is the right time for baby to give nestum.

A. yes it's right time.. you should also offer her food like veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin puree Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, oats. Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form Or mashed form.
