A. your child is having cradle cap or seborrheic dermatitis (baby dandruff) you have to daily apply baby shampoo (spoo is good brand) on the scalp of the childf during the bathing. do not apply any type of oil on the scalp during the daytime but only apply oil at the night time. within one week the cradle cap will disappear. cradle cap is baby dandruff and is a type of fungal infection .

A. Wound and cradle cap are two different things cradle cap is going to be stuck into the scalp completely but if it is a wound it is going to have bleeding and stuff so if you’re not very certain about it you check with your doctors cradle cap is there from the time of birth itself so now it would be advisable for you to connect with your doctor for better clarity
