My baby is 9 months so I was on breastfeeding, suddenly I stopped to feed my baby because I am a working woman and working in other city so it's not possible for me to feed on daily basis so I am having issues due to not breastfeeding. many times and the most common cause would be due to accumulation of milk clots and sometimes it can be neurogenic pain and sometimes it might be a part any local mass like lymph nodes or tissue pain. 
if it is not improving witxh simple massage as well as simple hot compresses and expression of accumulated milk then meet your doctor at the earliest for local examination.
you can take paracetamol for pain.
