hi mam my baby is 8 month old but he is suffer from sever fever ...my doctor suggest me to give a METAL -P suspension ..can i give to him

A. hello mami yes you can give meftal spas per duty for abdomen pain for fever paracetamol syrup can be given 5ml 2 to 3 times a day. . . . .
