Hi mam.. My age is 35.. i have back pain nowadays.. is it calcium deficiency??

Back pain can be there sometimes due to improper sleeping posture and all so and sometimes it could definitely be due to some kind of a deficiency as well so it would be good for you to get a deficiency test done once and then you can start with necessary supplements required
