Hi mam ,meraa delivery hoke 1 month horaa hai milk produce keliye kuch batav...baby ko sahi tarah milk nahi pet bhar Raha hai

A. Hai good morning !! For increasing breast milk supply have lactating foods milk,diary products,rusk,bread toast,papaya,chikoo,poppy seeds,garlic,garlic milk,mutton kheema . Having these in regular diet along with these have more water,fluids helps in increasing milk production. Give direct feed the more baby latches the more milk produces.
