hi mam I'm not able to give suffecent milk to my baby.. for that what can I do maam

A. as your baby is newborn baby.. take lactare capsule to increase breast milk. plus It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often, make kore skin to skin contact with your child

A. good evening I would recommend that you should try to have Himalaya shatavari it has to be taken with milk and it has to be consumed twice in a day to make sure that you have sufficient milk production
