hi mam I m 6 month pregnant.can I drink milk after having meat ??is it normal ?

Uma RamMom of a 7 yr old boy2 years agoA. Hello good morning !! If you have no digestion issues and had very normal quantity with less spices then you can have milk after 3-4 hours of having meat..
Because meat takes 2-3 hours to digest have more water, buttermilk after having any non vegetarian /spicy food this will help in easy digestion....
