Hi mam I'm 38 week pregnant mother when will I get pains still I'm not getting pains. today I consult doctor,they take scan and ur baby is in down but ur pelvic is very small if u get pains then it will open. I want normal delivery is it possible mam plz tell

Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment
Go for walking every day
Maintain hydration Take protein diet cereals fruits vegetables juice etc
