Hi mam I am the breastfeeding mother of 7months old baby boy my milk is sufficiently ok to him, he is active and always extraordinary highper not crying. He is 10kgs , my concern is should I give any side food to him like veggies, fruites ect.. kindly suggest.

A. Hello my dear parent! I really semi solids and water should be introduced to the baby after six months completion along with daily breastfeeding. Give one new food at a time, preferably in the morning. Speak to your doctor for further guidance. Good luck and take care.
