hi mam how to increase breastmilk? I am taking lacter tablet and galact powder once in a day. both are to take same time is good? how to gain weight mam now am very lean.

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. Yes both can be taken or f you feel it is not working for you then instead of lactare tablets you can start taking shatavari capsules from Himalaya twice a day after meals and drink plenty of liquids f water

Yes it is good but don’t take it at the same time take it a different time is your take me to supplement so take a different timings are not at the same time and if it does not help in increasing a lactation 1% and the only thing that you love to go ahead with giving formula to the childWrite Your Answer Here
