hi mam how r u. mam in the month of Dec I have given birth to my second child but c-section.i want to now can I start my exercises to reduce by extra weight

A. after c section delivery exercises should be started after 4-6 months as you feel healed up first start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise then gradually increase the intensity of exercise
