A. then get ointment. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat.

A. I believe you are having an infection in that area which is why all these things are happening and this is not something that you should take light as of now watch it properly and apply good amount of coconut oil or Boroline anti septic cream but you should get a check with your doctor as soon as you canWrite Your Answer Here
