ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist2 years agoA. Hi babies start loosing their milk teeth by the age of 5.5-7 years.. if milk teeth dont fall and permanent teeth starts to erupt behind milk teeth consult with your nearest pediatric dentist
