Hi mai mujhe one month twins baby girls h, aur mujhe lgta h k 2 babies k liye mother milk sufficient nhi ho pata. kya formula milk dena chahiye

A. Agar aapko feel hota hai ki babies still hungry rehte hain after breastfeeding, toh aap formula milk introduce kar sakte hain. It is important to feed them fully and frequently for healthy growth and development. Saath mein aap breastmilk increase karne ke liye variety of foods include karein like fenugreek, carom seeds, cumin, eggs, oatmeal, chicken, legumes, brown rice, broccoli, dry fruits, fennel seeds and milk. Jab aap latch karein toh breasts ko massage karte rahein isse milk secretion increase hoga.
