hi madam you said 4-5 meals 2-3 healthy snack to 1 year baby.. with 3 hours gap does every food digested in 3 hours please help me and am giving cow milk in evening which is the best time to give cow milk

I don’t know who gave you this suggestion but normally what we say which is practically feasible is giving three proper means of breakfast lunch and dinner and milk at least 2×23 times in a day depending how are you are maintaining specially in the morning and evening somewhere between a dinner and lunch and then milk half an hour before your child goes to sleep
