hi madam... doctor has suggested to give vitamin D3 drops , atoz drops to 25 days old baby... please suggest should we continue

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is less than 1 month of age probably there is no need to use multivitamin drops and vitamin D3 of the baby less than 1 month of age mothers milk will meet all the requirements of the baby
