Is there any relation between colic and weight loss?? My baby is 42 days old. Past 10 days after 8pm she was crying, screeming till 12 midnight. We had given medicine but still she suffered from colic.
Is it because of powdered milk which we given her?
She had not sufficiently gained her weight.

please give only breastmilk till completion of six months.
its best and sufficient..
feed in upright position and burp in-between and after feeding sessions.
give colicaid drops thrice a day.
Child should double it's birth weight by completion of six months

Oh no Both the things I absolutely have no connection with each other it’s absolutely have no no connection at all so I can only tell you if your child is not gaining weight then that is a separate issue and colic pain is very common with Child  whether you give the formula feed or a breastfeeding doesn’t make a difference
