A. 99 itself means that it is fever so right now your child is fever positive I’m going to advise you to give paracetamol whatever you are having right now that is what you can give and take the temperature again after six hours if you see rise again or there is need to give medicine then you repeat the medicine it’s a very bad fever right now I think so there would be no need of more than three or four usage and also do cold pond to reduce down the current temperature
