Hi. if I'm not washing mom com nipple cream before feeding is this ok this cream harm my baby

Hi Some creams are edible so if you do not watch it it’s okay but it’s always good if you watch it but of course what is the harm washing it all clear it it you should definitely watch it properly before you feed the child that’s what at least I can suggest
