Hi iam Archana, a new mom . My nipple is paining , while feeding and also if by just touching. Can u suggest how to relief from it

A. Apply warm compress over the area like soak towel in warm water avd apply it over the breast abd you can use nipple shield while feeding the baby abd never forcefully detach baby from breast
