hi i was asked to give domstal for my baby 1 he before giving milk but due to my negligence I gave it just before giving milk...Will it cause any problem for my baby

It is said to give one hour before milk, so as baby does not vomit.
But if u have given just before feeding milk, then also no need to worry. If ur baby has not vomited then no issues. Take care
