Hi, I want to know about the reasons from our experience mothers and Doctors.The spot is on my baby's thigh.Please check the attached image and guide me

These spots are usually associated with dryness or calcium deficiency so you can actually take a confirmation with your doctor because you’ll have to touch and understand what’s the problem because there are multiple issues associated with white spots like skin related disease fungal infection calcium deficiency so Dr after physical assessment can only give you a clarity on this
