hi I wanna ask y my kids get legs pain during mid night they strt crying sudden at mid night while sleeping can u suggest reason either its coz of there continues walking whole day or with any deficiency

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. regarding good growth you should do a proper balagnce diet with all kinds of nutrients called green vegetablves fruits and dairy products you can also give some multivitamin like syp bevon 5 ml for 1mth
