Hi I wanna ask this that my baby is having constipation from last 2 days. Yesterday and today I gave her Colimex DF+ drops, only. So please recommend me any medicine what shall i give her.

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. the baby is only one month of age constipation in babies below the age of 6 months is it normal there is no need to use any medicines for babies for constipation
