Hi, i started giving small amount of banana to my baby and little rice cerelac, she has constipation and cries while passing motion? Should i stop giving cerelac and what consisitency should be the banana be?

A. it should be started at 6 month of age . For proper weight and height gain and immunity a balanced diet should be given containing green vegetable and fruit and protein source . Should also give more of water to baby .
