hi I'm into 5 weeks of postpartum. I wanted to check if I can fast for sivaratri. will fasting impact breastfeeding?

A. Mam if you’re not going to eat through the day or not even have water because I don’t know how are you going too fast but it is going to affect your breastfeeding so if it is okay with you since you’re a breastfeeding mom you just do the Pooja which is necessary but don’t keep the fast
