Hi, I'm a mother of 4 months old twin daughters. I've been feeding cow's milk to both of them since last 3 months, but I want to understand if should I continue with this or switch to formula milk?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to give baby cow milk or any other animal milk after one year and in my opinion you should give baby formula milk . Take care
