hi i m a mom of 3yr old.. i m covid positive n now my child also have same symptoms.. except paracetamol what medicine should I give to him

Yu Should I be giving any medicine to the child without consulting your doctor because that would not be right on the part if you think that your child is having similar symptoms you better be sure whether it is Covid positive word it is just a fever and then you take a consultation from your doctor for medicines
