hi i m 9 week pregnant, having sac hemorrhage of 12*7.9 from 2 oct i start spotting after taking medicine it stop but now it again started after 10 days doctor give me duphaston 10 mg pause 1000 mg n a homoeopathic medicine hamamelis q this homoeopathic medicine is safe to use?
