hi I'm 26year old mom..I have skin problem ,my forefinger has dryness and rashes, and some wound comes in hand and recover as dry patch..what is the remedy for this..I attached a photo

keep skin well moisturized
you can use Nivea moisturizing cream
at the bed time massage
you can use boro plus cream
