hi I have piles and constipation I am breastfeeding... please suggest some ointment for piles

A. take plenty of water fibre dyed papaya banana fennel seeds water pear resins prunes which help in decreasing constipation and for specific medication better to meet your doctor. . .

A. Hi parent please keep your self well hydrated with more liquid diet please avoid all packaged food and product with refinde flour please avoid oily and spicy food please apply Himalaya pilex cream on affected area twice a day
