Q.

Hi, I have a 9-month-old baby. She suddenly changed her sleeping pattern. She sleeps well during the day, but at night, even when she feels sleepy, she doesn’t sleep. She crawls around the room, comes and lies down on me, then goes to another place. If I try to put her in the cradle, she cries continuously. During the day, I try to keep her active, but she cries for sleep. I don’t let her sleep after 6 PM, but even if I put her in the cradle around 10 or 11 PM, she sleeps only for 1 hour. She wakes up and cries because she’s sleepy. Initially, she used to sleep at 12, then it became 1 AM, and now she sleeps at 3 AM. How can I change her sleep routine?

A. Okay just stop whatever you’re doing right now instead of making your child sleep separately from you make your child sleep next to you from now on that helps because when the child is a parent child is more comfortable and so I think that is why this is happening
