as per your child age his weight is normal so no need to worry about this matter
please give plenty of breast feeding to your child when you're child is demanding
if necessary you can give A2 Desi cow milk for your child

hello dctr..meri baby ko breast nahi aney ki wajah se formula feed de rahi thi wo theik se nhi pi rahi hai usko cow milk 3days se de rahi wo ache se pi rahi urine output bhi nrml hai but 4 r 5 times loose stool pass kar rahi usko abhi wo 150 ml feed le rahi normally kitna lena chahiye 4 months 3 days  k baby

you have to give only breastfeeding to the child till completion of 6 months of age and before 6 months of age if you are giving any type of outside Food or complementary feeding it can cause digestion problem in the child.
no need to give water also because breast milk contains 80% of water and water also is given after six months of age only
first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done. 
if the weight gain of the child is within nnormal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding paattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child. 
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
