Dr Raksha guptaMom of a 9 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. this is developmental anomaly, this may be sinus connecting to inner ear,cor mastoid bone , so please visit to near by Ent specialist for detailed evaluation and examination band treatment.

I Don’t see anything wrong with that but still do be more sure about it I’d advise you to get a check with an ENT doctor ones the doctor will examine it personally and whatever it is the doctor can advise a very nice see that the child may probably be having too much of wax so you once get it checked with an ENT doctor
