hi I have 3 year 2 month baby before baby my weight is 65 after baby my weight is 89 and I'm not to much active in my daily routine some times I tried detox sometime i tried gym and diet but when I stop all of this again i gain my weight what I should to do plz help me out

A. do check thyroid once. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. or do simple yoga exercise.
