A. hi, their is no pic attached.. give syp paracetamol 250 mg hourly for further 3 days I Consult your pediatrician for trying to find out the cause of fever and get some tests done as needed

A. hi dear Children under 6 You can give them child-specific paracetamol or ibuprofen as long as they are not taking any other medicine (such as cough or cold medicine advised by your pharmacist or GP) that contains paracetamol or ibuprofen.
