Hi i have 14 month old baby boy , i want give him beet root juice but i dont no about quantity pls tell me

ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. You can give around 30 to 40 ml and you can add other fruits as only beetroot juice might not taste as good if you mix other fruits then the flavour will be good

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello y es you can give baby beetroot juice not a problem and you can give around half a glass or one glass based on intake of your child .. you should make sure to give your child healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet which can be helpful and safe
