Hi, I am very depressed their is lots of household chores at home and my baby becomes cranky, from few days I have started to yell and beat him, he is just 20 months I feel very guilty and cry a lot but it’s becoming very hard for me how to calm down please help me

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 9 m old girl3 years agoA. pls see a psychiatrist for your self . your anger and frustration will make your baby go into depression because this is not the behaviour expected by mother for a child
