Hi. I am on my 17 weeks of pregnancy, and now having sore itchy throat, runny nose, Was feeling a bit fever but took PCM and now all well... but now what should I take for this cold issue

do take steam inhalationcouple of times a day.
addlittme bit of turnaric in your milk or in wsrm tea..
take lots of fluids n rest.
