Q.

Hi, I am Mom of 3 months toddler. I started with formula feed to my baby as it took time for breast milk to come. From last few weeks my baby is not taking any sip of formula milk. I am breast feeding my baby on regular basis,however, my baby is not popping up stool for 2-3 days. I wonder if my baby tummy is really getting filled with my milk. please suggest what should I do??

A. Constipation is completely normal at this age so need not worry about it it is not an indication that your child is not getting sufficient breastfeeding from you so please don’t worry about that if your child is full for 2 to 3 hours after taking a feeling and also gaining sufficient amount of weight every month that means breastfeeding is good enough
