Hi I am breastfeeding mother of 4 month old baby. Doctor suggested me to take D3 must 60k tablet due to Vitamin D deficiency. can I take this tablet. Is it affects baby

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician2 years agoA. definitely you must take, will not affect ur baby adversely. with low vitamin D also need enough calcium in diet. Aim to consume two to three serves of dairy each day .
